This government agency is responsible for developing Irish industry as world-class companies. Through 13 Irish and 33 overseas offices, it also provides a gateway for international buyers seeking Irish partner companies.
The challenge for AMAS was to research the agency’s client needs, and advise on a new strategy and operational model.
New online strategy
Our role included:
- Conducting focus groups
- Helping in the formation of a new strategy
- Producing a new information architecture
- Evaluation of existing content
- Developing guidelines
This became the foundation for Enterprise Ireland’s new online strategy, simplifying how it communicates with clients. We also assisted in turning dispersed parts of the organisation into active publishers through a devolved publishing model.
