Tipperary Crystal's new eCommerce website

Tipperary Crystal is a leading contemporary crystal and giftware brand.

Led by entrepreneur Declan Fearon, it has built up substantial sales for Irish giftware through retail outlets in Ireland and overseas and through the QVC shopping channel.

Tipperary Crystal was not using the Internet effectively to market and promote its product range internationally.

Its existing site was not achieving sales, the design, structure and content did not marry with its strong offline branding and it had poor search engine visibility.

A 25% increase in sales

The new eCommerce site Tipperarycrystal.com has met with a favourable response from retail, consumers, media and other target audiences. Sales through the new online shop were 25% higher in the immediate post-launch, according to Declan Fearon.

Promotions on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites are also helping to build the brand internationally.
